Owner Donnie Peltier has been in business for 38 years, building custom, quality homes in the area in which he grew up.  Partnering with his Dad for 12 years early on, he learned the important lessons in home building- build it as if you would live in it yourself, and treat people the way you want to be treated.  80% of our business is from referrals, and we are convinced that it is this motto that keeps the Peltier reputation in tact.  

Every home is uniquely expressed through the eyes of our customers with the help of our in-house Interior Decorator, Paula Peltier.  From concept to execution, the process is pulled together nicely to express our customer's vision.  Here, you will find some completed homes as examples of what we have in store!
