What do your homes cost?


  • Great Question!  But a difficult one.  Homes are priced not per square foot, but individually!  By looking at what our customer wants, considering the floor plan layout and including any lot/site work, determines what a newly constructed home will cost.  Many things go into building a home, especially custom homes!, and we want to start off on the same page from the very beginning.


Financing?


  • We do offer the construction loan.  Therefore, our customers do not have to go out and get their own, though they certainly can.  We will supply the money to build the house and then we close one time at the very end.  It's almost like purchasing an existing home, except this one is yours alone!
  • All that is required to begin is a Pre-Qualification letter from any bank or mortgage company.


What if I do not have any property?


  • No problem!  We have many lots available in different subdivisions around Brazoria and Matagorda Counties.  If you are looking at property not in one of these subdivisions, we can assist you in locating and securing the perfect site for your dream home.
